ドラマの日本語訳は、

N: 誰にしようかな、神様の言うとおり

意味ないですが、ほぼ直訳すると
イーニー ミーニー マイニー モー、つま先でトラを捕まえろ。
もしも、あいつが叫ぶなら、放っておけよ。(あきらめろ。)
ママは、1番いいものを選べと僕に言った、そしてそれがお前だ。
